The three M's are Mienfoo, Misdreavus and Murkrow. Mienfoo being a really bulky fighting-type, strong, nearly impossible to OHKO with a neutral move, and that can gain momentum with fake out, u-turn, and recover health with regenerator and drain punch. Can also support the team with knock off, removing eviolite.
Murkrow being an immediate threat, He's fucking powerful, having one of the highest mixed attacking stats in LC along with Sucker Punch and Brave Bird. He can run a bulky offensive subroost set with Prankster, along with his STABs, or a devastating Life Orb set, 2HKOing his regular counters.
Misdreavus is a bulky threat that hits hard with shadow ball, having perfect coverage with HP fighting, and that can boost its Special Attack to sky-high levels with Nasty Plot. He can also use will-o-wisp to neuter physical threats.
Sand is consisting of two pokémons, simply: Hippopotas, which has Stealth Rock, slack off to heal, whirlwind to neuter boosting threats, and earthquake to inflict some neat damages. It has perhaps the best physical bulk in little cup.
Though, the real threat is Drilbur. Outspeeding every single pokémon in Little Cup, even the fastest ones with a choice scarf in Elekid, Diglett and Voltorb, which only reach 30 speed at max with a scarf while he reaches 34 with sand rush, also has Swords Dance, earthquake and rock slide for near-perfect coverage. Also has shadow claw to destroy misdreavus at +2 and levitate things (Bronzor, lolbaltoy).
