Hey, I'm at the elite four in Fire-Red, but my team is pretty underleveled. Where is the best spot to train? My team is:
Blastoise
Jolteon
Exeguter
Snorlax
Dugtrio
Arcanine

The lowest level is 38 (Arcanine) and the highest is 45 (Jolteon)

Your levels are ok for that game. Maybe raise everything a bit till 44-45, then you shouldn't have trouble. Hell, even 40 is all right.

My team is pretty much the same but with dugtrio and exegutor replaced. I would train them to at least level 48 or 50

Hey OP I'm about to face the elite four too. Go to one island and use the VS seeker just outside the spa where all the fighters are. Good exp and great place to heal!
