Nice fellow, but 2slow for a sweeper and 2fast for a Trick Room abuser. Nice bulk for an electric type and has Intimidate, which is actually fairly decent if defensively oriented because it has only one weakness and some alright resists. Overall decent bro for ingame, but pretty meh competitively.
