New ability: Wildfire

Upon entry, a wildfire is started that consumes the entire battlefield, destroying all other entry hazards. It also acts as an entry hazard itself (affecting both sides of the battlefield) which does damage based on type just like Stealth Rock and also instantly burns every pokemon upon entry. Other fire type pokemon are immune.
