100 speed is more than enough, nobody asks it to counter Starmie. FFS, it runs two fire moves at the same time. It hasn't the best movepool and that's the reason why it's lower in ranks.

That was my point. Some good moves it learned became physical. Of course the appearance of Blaziken, Infernape or Heatran didn't helped, but the problem is mostly its movepool.
