I know everyone and their mother has made this thread but here is some things I want to see in Gen 6.....
>A search option in the Box
>Make a lot of Pokemon (including legendaries) able to be caught, instead of having to trade and transfer most of them.
>NPCs in towns actually do stuff, like go in and out of houses- you can get popular in towns by battling and helping people. If you are popular you the market's prices drop or people want to trade with you etc
> evolutions and whatnot
>A support system, like in Fire Emblem. Pokemon in the same egg group can get support and do better when paired in Double/Triple battles- and their offsprings could have special moves and abilities.
