>>11835861See, you're not listening.
A Haxorus does not have the same intent has a fraxure.
A Shinx does not have the same intent as a Luxray
a Starly does not have the same intent as a Staraptor
Yes, their body changes, and therefore their mind changes to accommodate.
A shinx is playful and mischievous, a Luxio and Luxray are Loyal and proud.
A Haxorus is territorial and prone to outbursts, a fraxure is not nearly as inclined as a Haxorus to kill things.
A bagon's mind changes once it fucking grows giant ass wings and can fly around. It's no longer worried about trying to fly. It's preoccupied with wreaking havoc.
>It's wants and desires change to go along with it's physical change. So you fucking agree with me.
The pokemon changes because it's body changes.
It's no longer the same thing.
They don't want the same thing
They don't need the same thing
they can now act differently, and they do.
And I implore you to do tests on other pokemon, because one magikarp says nothing about the hundreds of pokemon out there, and the fact that a Haxorus is inherently more territorial than a fraxure or axew.
Or that a Luxray is more prideful than a Shinx
Unless your test can be repeated, then your "Study" is nothing more than a single piece of data among the many professors who agree that pokemon who evolve change.
There's a reason some pokemon refuse to evolve. They don't want to change. They don't want to potentially lose who and what they are.
If pokemon themselves sometimes refuse to evolve, then that means that even they know that they change. Which if it were merely a physical change, I can't imagine they would care.
But the mental change is what stops them. They want to stay who they are.
I suppose We'll just agree to disagree on this issue.
You think you have concrete data, and I have professors on my end who have data.
There seems to be no hard and fast rule. but saying no pokemon change through evolution is crazy.
