so /vp/, assuming I were to try and create a Pokemon game ala Street Fighter x Megaman, who would be the person I need to talk to? Would they be from "The Pokemon Company" or from Nintendo's Planning Department?

I just wiki'ed Street Fighter x Megaman and saw the dude presented his build to the planning department of Capcom

Who would I talk to? Cause I'm not trying to limit myself to a silly ROM hack here, but at the same time I want to try to avoid a cease and desist letter too. Highly unlikely but a man can dream right?
