I'm sure there are other ones that make sense, like priority moves that are guaranteed to hit for 50% of total HP, certain BP 180 STAB moves for weak little shits like Magcargo, etc.
Remember, a one-use-per-fight limit totally cripples these abilities so making them overpowered is part of the fun.
