In your opinion /vp/, what makes a pokemon good stat wise? tell me what base stat a mon has to have to get your seel of approval. 500? 600? 300? pic related.

Op here. i know that, but i just want to know what kind of stats a mon has to have to be "usable" or likeable by you guys. i know moves, and all that also goes into consideration but i just want to know stats.

Considering it was introduced the same gen abilities themselves were introduced I think they were just experimenting.

Archeops and regigigas can go fuck themselves though.

i honestly try to avoid looking at the stats, it's like moving the velvet curtain aside to view the routine machinations behind.

the game may run on cogs and mathematics, but i just want to feel the velvet.

100 is the magic number for speed
above 120 is good for attacking stats

Well, for me, at least 95 on atk or satk and at least 80 spe.
However, 100-105 and 90 would be ideal, since most pokemon with 95 attack don't have the moves to make up for it, one exception being Gliscor.

well, going by what I said, most common threats should "make me jizz my pants"
so many strong pokemon have base 100 speed, that having 101 puts you a cut above the rest, while more than 120 attack gaurantees that you're gonna put a dent in most things

Greater than 90 base
Greater than 300 at level 100
Greater than 500 base total

Unstoppable stats in any field are
Greater than 150 base
Greater than 400 at level 100
Greater than 600 base total
