They will probably be somewhat altered so that all the Pokemon can actually fit on the screen and so attacks won't look too big/small.

For Pokemon with snake-like bodies, the "height" is actually the length.

For example, the Pokedex says that is 4'11, the same height as Salamence. It's obviously referring to Dunspace's length.

Anime size isn't realistic. It just panders to the common perceptions of what a child thinks. I still firmly believe Zard is only as big as an adult, despite the child-like fantasies the anime and a child thinks.

You gotta see Infernape's model in PBR. Never stands (besides in the KO animation), fucking huge. I think the scales were tweaked a little bit to fit on a 3DS screen.
