Alright /vp/ it's time for "who's that uglymon?"
An anon some time ago put forth the hypothesis that all pokemon are ugly to someone, so now I am here to test that hypothesis.
I will post a picture a pokemon, then once an anon has found it ugly will move on to the next. This will continue until all pokemon have been posted or a pokemon is deemed to be "not ugly" by the entirety of /vp/,

Keep in mind that this thread is not about whether you like or dislike a pokemon, but about whether or not it is ugly.
