Didn't regret it one bit. With skill link, the moves Tail Slap, Bullet Seed and Rock Blast were all effectively 125 bp moves. Base 90 attack combined with these moves is enough to clean out in-game teams with ease, and Cinccino is blazing fast compared to their pokémon.
