It was a facepalm fest for me.
The voices actually fit quite well (except the gabite that sounded like a lesbian tomboy and that apathic dratini), but all i ask is why.

The setting, plot, characters and everything sucked.
Only the voices were good (Kyurem, Ho-oh and many others), but even there they managed to fuck up some voices (God, Dratini and Gabite)

It's clearly an ongoing project. The premise alone has been horrible, never mind the writing, the dubbing, the character designs, and the hilarious errors. You could argue that the goofy head thing and the specifically bad voice work was intended as a joke, and I would be inclined to believe you, but that wouldn't rectify the actual project being cringe worthy levels of bad.
