Want to play a Pokemon Rom Hack, reccomend one to me.

What I'm looking for:

>As many catchable pokemon as possible.
>As many playable regions as possible (ex. Jhoto, Kanto, etc.)
>Raised difficulty (I know a couple have come out with raised difficulty, that sounds fun)

So, what one should I get? Pure White/Pitch Black look like what I'm looking for, but I figured I'd ask you guys for your opinions first.
