Most of gen IV designs just appeared to me as trying to hard to look cool and appealing.

I probably dislike Dialga/Palkia the most when it comes to design.

Unfezant. There's just something about Unfezant, both male and female versions, I just do not like. It's kinda funny because I love Tranquill's design. Design wise, Tranquill is right up there in the awesome department with Staraptor and Swellow.
Plus, due to it's design, I feel Unfezant doesn't even belong in the same line as Pidove and Tranquill. It's one of those lines where the mid evolution it's far better, design wise, than it's final evolution.

Know what's funny? I have a co-worker who has been playing Pokemon since Gen I and he said that he has no issue with the Gen V designs (although he did say he feels they're a little too Digimon) but this one and the flounder are the only ones that he absolutely hates.
