If when Ash started his journey on Kanto there were only 150 Pokemon, how could James have Numels? And why the fuck in Battle Trainer Kanto is full of II-IV Gen Pokémon, how could Ash don't see them in 1st Season? Did they move at he same time to Kanto or something? And why suddenly in Advanced they have abilities? I am the one who noticed this?

There isn't really an answer. Pokemon is and always has been a work in progress. All we can do is tolerate it when things get retonned like this.

There's a simple answer to your question.

Retroactive Continuity. Such Pokemon have ALWAYS existed in the world, but since they never existed in the gen itself, then they weren't around. However, once they were created, you can consider the idea that they have always existed now that they can put a focus on such creatures.

It's best to just consider the fact that they exist NOW and have ALWAYS existed, regardless of if they were created at the time or not.

It does explain the abilities. They were retconned in. Abilities never had a focus in the series at all because they never existed. Then when they did exist, they were retconned in.

The best solution is to believe they were always there, but there was no focus. Gen III allowed abilities to have a focus.

Not to mention that pokémon in gen 1 and 2 of the anime randomly did things that weren't actual abilities.
Like absorbing lightning with the tail etc, lightingrod style, same with the rhydon blaine had regardless of it being ground, we all know Pikachu doesn't give a fuck about ground immunity to lightning.
