I didn't even try to get the Pikachu 3DS XL -- wasn't interested enough.

My first Pokemon game was Crystal version, which belonged to my godbrother.

Years later, I have pre-ordered and picked up every main Pokemon version on the US launch dates from FireRed/LeafGreen and onward, and I will be pre-ordering Pokemon X/Y versions as soon as possible.

I'm an 18-year-old as of December of 2012 and I love the franchise more than ever!
