seriously i hate how people argue stuff like this basing it on some concepts in real life, Yes some of the existing types strengths and weaknesses are based on real life, but not balanced that way. If it was totally based on real life then

Fire evaporates water
fire melts steel
fire melts rocks
fire scorches the ground
fire burns grass
fire burns burns
fire can destroy poisonous substances
fire cant be stopped by psychics
fire burns pranksters (if you mess with fire, your gonna get burned)
fire kills birds
fire melts ice
fire can come from electricity
fire can kill dragons if they were real but can be argued they could be immune
fire kills all normal things
fire doesnt do shit to ghosts
