- Dunsparce has to probably be the most used out of the unused pokemon. He's like the ultimate underdog. I've come across trainers that use Girafarig (and there is one member of the elite 4 that uses it). Furret.. I'm sure people use it up until a certain point during their run through of the game then box it.

I used a Lumineon in a recent diamond playthrough, and it blew me away. It nearly solo'd Cynthia. And then basically did solo White Treehollow level 10 after I transferred it to White2.

I actually found a shiny Skorupi in White 2 so that was enough incentive for me to give him a go. He's super fun. Never tried him competitively, but he hits like a truck, laughs in the face of ghosts and psychics, and is just really cool. Looks badass too.

If you're playing through Emerald and you want an Electric-type that's not from Kanto or Johto, your only reasonable choice is Manectric. Unless you have some kind of fetish for Plusle/Minun.

I've used Cacturne a few times. It can really cause some trouble if you can get past its glass jaw.

Relicanth....I've never used one either. Usually I have Sharpedo by time I find one, and it doesn't seem worth the trouble training it after that.
