-1/4 chance of doing 50 BP, 75 BP, 100 BP, or 120BP
-20% chance of activating ANY effect that other attacks can activate(raising a stat, lowering your opponent's stat, flinch, freeze, you taking recoil, etc. It's decided like metronome).

Brings the opponent's stat changes to match yours.
Useful after a couple Leaf Storms, I guess.
Maybe give it -1 priority to make up for how it can be used more reliably than Psych Up and to make sure that you can't just keep an entire team at -6/-6 offenses or Shell Broken to minimum defense. Gives a good reason to keep using those stat-lowering attacks even after the first one connects, giving them new usage at the loss of coverage.

It would pretty much invalidate all state changes for a couple turns. Like no Chlorophyll effect, or sword dance.
Items could lose their boost effects too.
