For some reason my mind has been wandering about my time spent 10+ years ago playing the pokemon games on my Gameboy color. Truly my first video game experience.
One particular thing that comes to my mind is all the "Hidden" stuff in the games, like the seafoam islands, the Mewtwo Cave, the legendary birds, and other hidden things that I may have not even discovered or remember. I remember trying and failing to get a celebii in pokemon crystal. I remember massive amounts of "Unknown" letter pokemon caught for nothing.
One thing keep's bugging me, how does the player find out about the existence of the Mewtwo cave without a guide book? I cannot remember.

I still have my gameboy color but haven't touched it in 8 years. Do you think it still works?
