Seeing them all together like that, man, this generation is shaping up to be gooood. Just nice designs all around.
I liked Gen V, but I was iffy on some of the designs from the start. I've come around to them, but what were some of the early reveals? Snivy looks cool, but his weird pointy body never did it for me. Excadrill was kinda early, the big head shovel I never liked, but the rest is good. Haxorus is cool, but was never very Pokemon-like. Tepig was cute, but I didn't end up liking his evolutions. Oshawott took a little getting used to, but then he ended up being the best one. Zoroark, cool, but still something was a little off for me.
Overall, Gen VI is satisfying right out of the gate. Just from my perspective.
