I'm playing through Black 2 right now and it's my first time with Gen V. I'm up to four badges and I still have yet to find one single fucking water Pokemon that I can add to my party. I looked around briefly on Google and apparently you don't even get a fishing rod until after beating the Elite Four? Does that mean that the only way to get a water type is to hope I stumble across one in my one hour Dream World trip every day?

Am I missing something here?
