Apparently, this is the original Sugimori art for Jumpluff. I've been told it's legitimate without being given any sort of proof that it's legitimate other than 'it's on Bulbapedia' and 'it's on a few sites'.

Can anybody here older than 12 actually confirm or deny its legitimacy?
