I've found a weird "mechanic" here.
As I have progressed later in the game, when I level up a pokemon, I always gain +1 in every stat every level, regardless of the pokemon's level, time I've had it, and EV's. That is, unless it levels up from exp gained while sitting in Paradise.

If I level up my Serperior 10 levels by using it in dungeons, it will gain a total of 10 points in each stat.
But, if I level up Samurott 10 levels by having him sit in Paradise during these missions, then bringing him into a dungeon to see him go up 10 levels at once, he'll gain less than that in many if not all stats, meaning he's gaining 0 for some levels.
This kind of thing never happened earlier in the game, where I would actually gain +2 or +3 in some stats upon gaining a level, and I'm not sure exactly where this trend started.
Any ideas as to what's causing this?
