Its a pretty nasty Minimize/passer if you are playing outside the metagame and evasion isnt banned.

I used thunder, shadow ball, minimize, baton pass for in-game and for online battles he did me good

Evasion makes certain Pokemon much better if you arent playing smogon rules

Breloom doesn't suck, his attack stat supports his Technician Mach Punch, his Spore supports a free swords dance, and they also support a Poison Heal SubPunch set perfectly. If he had any more speed and a better offensive movepool, he'd be god tier.

And even though it doesn't really matter, I wish that five points of Rayquaza's base HP went into is Speed. I mean I figured the Legendary of the Stratosphere would have higher speed than 95. Ninjask's Attack could be better, too.

The only bad stat is has that matters is having 1 HP (and it's not even allowed to scale properly),. Dying to any little status, weather, or entry hazard is far more detrimental than its five weaknesses.

Honchkrow has low defenses so setting up is a little dangerous, but its good enough to remain in UU so there are still several good uses for it. Its probably pretty good against stall in this respect because it can take a burn if you're running a nasty plot set and has high HP.

I tried slapping Choice Specs on it and using it on a rain team. I run max HP and Sp. Atk, with Thunder, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam and Volt Switch. It actually works well, especially because its unique set of resistances are valuable to the typical rain team, plus nobody expects to be blasted with specs Hydro Pump when they switch into a Lanturn. After a layer of spikes and SR you can sometimes 2HKO Blissey as she switches in.

It wouldn't really overpower them that much. Bolt Strike and Blue Flare aren't that much stronger than Wild Charge or Blue Flare. It doesn't really fix either poke's middling speed or mediocre bulk.

Luxray's actually not that bad. Only one weakness, its got a great attack stat, and its defenses will keep it alive through one or two attacks. I use one with each fang attack, Ev trained for Attack and Defense, gave it a quick claw, and it actually gets the chance to sweep sometimes.

What if, and follow me on this one, in Gen6, Wonder Guard gains the effects of Magic Guard in addition to how it normally works.

So now, Shedinja can ONLY be killed by direct Dark, Ghost, Fire, Flying and Rock attacks.

I'm not so sure. In Gen III, there were no rocks, and Sandstorm, Hail, and Spikes were pretty uncommon. Yet Shedinja was only UU tier. Shedinja's five weaknesses to fairly common types would still make it a Pokemon that requires skill to use effectively, also.

Scizor can actually take a hit though, and nothing is immune to Bullet Punch.

If you're looking for a strong priority user, then breloom is just a poor man's scizor, with worse defenses, worse defensive typing, priority attack can be blocked easier, more weaknesses and a less useful secondary type
but thankfully breloom has access to Low sweep, bullet seed, Spore and Swords dance alongside mach punch making it's technician sets worth using

This. The very threat of Spore alone changes everything. You're staring down something with over 130 base attack and priority with a move which near guarantees one dead/useless pokemon long as you are faster.

He was terrible to mediocre the first three gens, fantastic in the fourth, and he's drifted back into near mediocrity thanks to Conkeldurr and other new fighting types stealing almost all of his roles on a team.

His niche has been reduced to slapping a scarf or sash on and making pokemon like Jirachi, Ninjask, and Scizor cry.

If he just had a better dark type move than payback that relies on being slow he could make pokemon that like to switch in on dynamic punches like Reuniclus and Gengar cry.

This mofo right here. Having 105 SpAttack Water Spout, as well as insane move coverage (Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Rock Blast, Psychic) ability's Moody and Sniper, with a 105 Attack cushion, the ONLY thing holding it back is its forgettable defenses and its awful speed.

1 more weakness for a slew of resistances just makes sense to me on the big water turtle who is supposed to just be a wall.

His description in fire red talked about him crushing foes under his weight and his whole line has always had things like "in a pinch it retreats into his shell". They've just constantly, at least to me, talked about his shell being like the toughest thing ever for him and giving him steel typing for the shell and that Steel heavy smash thing would fit right in with his descriptions in my opinion.

This right here is the BIGGEST example.
Great offensive typing.
Iron Fist along with Mach Punch, Thunder/Ice Punch, Comet Punch, Drain Punch, Focus Punch.
Useful moves: U-Turn, Acrobatics, Roost, Encore, Baton Pass.
Swarm: Could be a great Focus Sashing Bug Buzzer.
Yet, it's offensive stats and defensive stats are non-existant, besides its abnormally high SpDefense.
