A bit off topic but I used to use a Marshtomp with Eviolite and a Stantler with Skill Swap and I was always Skill Swapped Sap Sipper onto it.
And my Marshtomps name was Popeye cause he loved those delicious greens.

Poison/Dark with levitate.

Dark removes the psychic weakness while levitate gives ground immunity. Poison covers the fighting weakness.

Sap Sipper is the Grass equivalent of Lightning Rod/Storm Drain.

You take no damage from grass attacks and instead get a stat boost.

So, on a Water/Ground, it'd be entirely fucking stupid holy shit why, because you'd be throwing a big fuck you at the only thing that can really hurt it.

Being Gen 4 it'd be fairly understandable if they ran a full offensive team. Most of the top OU's don't really give two shits about Toxic and Gastrodon was actually a very rare low UU back then.

Only reason he is OU now was completely due to the Storm Drain buff.
