The fact is these many types of "different" people you claim ruined society have always been around long before you were even sperm in your daddy's balls. Now you're dealing with culture shock, thinking you have to "fix" everything or your world goes to shit.
The difference between us and your twisted interpretation of "sanity" and "normalcy" is that we can adapt to dealing with this shit. We still get weirded out by different things, we just don't spend half our lives getting worked up trying to "fix society" by denouncing what it non-harmful taboos it accepts and tolerates.
