One day, the man in charge of desgning the Pokemon suddenly turns up missing. Some say he died, some say he's in hiding, some say he got fed up with his job and now walks the streets as a normal civilian. In any case, he's gone, and now it's up to you to hire a new guy. Who would you put in charge of designs?

Personally, I'd appoint the guy who works on the designs for Megaman Zero. There are so many brilliant designs in that series that you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who could rival. I'd love to see a Pokemon designed with the artistic care and brilliance put into Blizzack Stagroff or, say, this guy.
