But when the carp reached the top, it was granted the ability to be a dragon. And though it was very powerful, the carp abused its powers, destroying nature and man.
the dragons were so infuriated that they did they only thing they could do. Since they could not undo their magic to him, they took away his title as a dragon.
Of course, that's one telling. Others simply say the carp became a dragon and lived happily ever after.
Others say he rampaged, but he was still allowed to be a dragon.
