Kecleon's my favorite Pokémon. You using it for singles?
If your prediction skills are amazing, Snatch, Sucker Punch, Focus Punch and Magic Coat are good options.
I recommend having Recover and investing in HP though. He can all most any choiced special attacker! Also, since opponents try to use Color Change to their advantage, you can often capitalize on this by switching to Pokémon with Flash Fire, Sap Sipper, Motor Drive and whatnot.
But I'd just use his Normal / Dragon evo coming in October.
