Hey /vp/, if Gamefreak could fulfill two wishes of yours for Pokémon X an Y, what would you ask for? For example, I'd ask for at least the 80% of the whole Pokédex being obtainable just exchanging between X and Y versions and HUGE Pokédex entries.

Dominant/Recessive typesets differentiating type repetitions in Pokemon (Fighting/Psychic vs Psychic/Fighting) by different movesets, abilities, etc. Also, Nuclear type.

How are the EV and Nature systems worse than the fucking IV system and PID value system?
EVs take like two minutes and natures are one out of like, 10, IVs are one out of 31, for all 6 of your stats, and hidden power is based off of it.

cool it with all the "legendaries" when you put 15+ into one game, they don't seem special anymore. Do the main trio, and a side trio/duo. and cool it with the transformers. not every legendary needs two forms, i would actually love if all legendaries only had one.

Pokemon becomes T-worthy ESRB material, and an open world explorer where gyms and rivals' Pokemon are dependent on your team and level. Story has much more lore and depth.

Make IVs viewable in game. Along with strength rocks staying in holes make cut trees not grow back every time you come back and surf automatically have the waterfall overworld effect.

my thoughts were actually a main duo, with a side trio, and possibly a solo guy. so have Xerneas and Yveltel. then a trio like Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres or Raikou/Entei/Suicune. then a stand alone like Genesect. but muh patterns says that there will be a main trio (X,Y,Z?)

Garchomp doesn't seem generic at all. It's a shark Dragon, something different. Salamence is just unoriginal. It's a pseudo-legend Dragon-Flying type, already done by Dragonite. It's design supposed to look fierce but, I just don't see it. It looks bland and uncreative.

Every legendary already in the game without having to go to events, but far harder to find and capture. Basically, you need to be very fucking good at the game, puzzles, and waiting to get it.

Wish 2:
A separate difficulty where pokemon can learn different moves, like Magikarp learning tackle before splash, or Pikachu able to learn fly and surf, and so on. Minor shit, nothing game breaking. Something that changes how the game progresses, and makes it tougher to work with.

Aside from that, they are actually good Pokemon. I do agree though, the fun doesn't really start until way late in the game, because many Pokemon like Bisharp and Braviary evolve really late, and others like Mienshao and Golurk can't even be caught until really late. It's a shame too, because I want to (and am going to) use both Golurk and Bisharp on my BW1 teams, and I'm thinking about Mienshao as well.

Add in negative effects to inbreeding.
Like, make it so that if you incestuously breed your Pokémon, they have guaranteed 0 IVs in every stat, are in capable of attaining EVs, gain experience at a decreased rate, and have the latent ability to randomly get paralyzed during battle. Because birth defects are funny.

Wish never going to happen: Bring back all of the sweet features that were taken out. Such as the Acro Bike, Pokemon following you, Berry Pots, customizable pokeball effects, the ability to use the touchscreen instead of using a,b,x, or y buttons, the battle frontier, the list goes on...
