Right, so, too many different Pokemon, with not enough duplicates. You'll never get what you need when you need it. If you're just starting out, try to pick one, maybe two energy types, and stick to them. Get 3-4 copies each of your best evolution lines, and 2-3 of the lines that are there to support.

Find Supporters that help get you lots of cards, like Colress, Juniper, and N. You'll want a decent number of those, so you can cycle through efficiently.

Reduce your Energies down to around 15 (or less if you can manage) and fill the holes with Trainers and Supporters that help your deck out.

Once you get comfortable with that, start looking for strategies and synergies between cards, and try to make a deck that helps bring that out.
