My list of weaklings is:
Squirtle, Chicorita, Torchic, Chimchar, Snivy, Fenekin
But by now I only hate Torchic (ok I like Blaziken) and chimchar line.

OP here, wow, so many people saying Oshawott is wrong? I guess the general consensus changed a lot compared to when the starters first got shown.

Also I don't necessarily mean disliked, I mostly mean which has the least number of hardcore lovers compared to the other starters

I'd argue that bulbasaur/squirtle and chimchar/turtwig are more even in terms of popularity (but charmander and piplup are definitely much more popular than the other two).
I'd probably also switch Chespin and Froakie or have them be equal, but besides that yeah this is about right.

I posted about this a few weeks ago in a thread but, a buddy of mine asked a couple of his female friends in his class about Pokemon. ("Can you name any Pokemon?")

Girl 1 named Pikachu
Girl 2 named off Pichu, Jigglypuff, Charmander and Squirtle (couldn't remember the other one)
Girl 3 named off Charmander and Squirtle. (couldn't remember the third)

So tl;dr, girls hate Bulbasaur.

In each game I'd say it'd be Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treeko, Turtwig, Tepig and probably Froakie.
