Rock: Tough- The pokemon's tough body increases the damage of physical attacks by X%.
Ground: Earth Powered- The pokemon's ties to the planet increase special attacks by X%.
Ghost: Spook- The pokemon's unsettling nature causes a X% chance to cause flinching with all attacks, and can ignore barriers to flinching (ex. Inner Focus)
Dark: Cheap Shot- The pokemon's dirty tricks increase the base damage and critical chance for all dark attacks by X%.
Fighting: Heroic- The pokemon's determination halves all stats reductions caused by enemies.
Grass: Regrowth- The pokemon's plant like body grows throughout battle. The pokemon recuperates X% health whenever stats are increased. (This is doubled for multi-level boosts, like Swords Dance).
Water: Cleansing Waters- The pokemon's aquatic nature allows it to cleanse itself. There is a X% chance that the pokemon will remove a status effect every turn.
Fire: Burning Fury- The pokemon's fiery nature burns bright on the battle field. When using fire type moves, the pokemon adds an additional X% power.
Ice: Crystalline- The pokemon's icy body shatters on impact, but the core remains. When struck with super effective attacks, the pokemon will only loose up to 25% of it's maximum health, though doing so causes a 1 level reduction in all stats.
Poison: Infectious- The pokemon's toxic body withers their foes. Poison Status becomes Badly Poisoned, and Badly Poisoned begins as though it has been active for two turns.
Normal: Brave- The pokemon battles bravely despite all odds. There is a X% chance that using an attack will cause all status to increase by 1 level.
Flying: Velocity- The pokemon's tremendous speed boosts its attack power. X% of the pokemon's speed stat is added to the base damage of physical attacks.
Meh. Not sure about all these, but hope that it serves as inspiration for better ideas, or serves as a "don't do this" example. Also, I used X because I can't into game balance.
