I used to pretend to be a blastoise when I was a kid...
We'd play at my cousin's house where she'd have Pokemon monopoly and a bunch of little pokemon figures. We used to play Pokemon House.

Yeah, when I was a kid I used to think if I wished or dreamed enough maybe I could escape and live in the pokemon world. But it never happened, of course.

I was a little old for that when Pokémon came out. I did like to pretend to be a trainer, though. I had little Poké Balls and everything (they were circular rocks painted red and white). I even wore a pith helmet and would explore the back lot and pretend that my stuffed tiger was a Growlithe.

Once I pretended I was a Pokémon placed in a day-care center. I got naked, humped everything and took eggs out of the fridge to lay them around in my room. My parents came home and found me drooling on the floor with eggs everywhere.

I pretended that my elementary school was a kind of Hogwarts where the students were all Pokemon and battled each other. I pretended my teachers all taught us different pokemon-related subjects (PE was Battle class an recess was practice). We also pretended you evolved as you aged (Child= 1st evo, Teen=2nd evo, Adult=3rd evo). I was supposed to be a Totodile.
God I miss that.
