Is this how the "metagame" is supposed to be? I mean, it's all about developing a strategie and all, but I find it boring as hell. I don't play OU anymore because of weather, but this is as annoying if not more.
Is there an alternative? Is there anyone who feels this?

I play UU regularly and I don't have that problem. Usually Ninjasks, Ambipoms, and Trick Room teams are the lowest of the low, because they're all terrible. Maybe you just play with people too low on the ladder.

This is why I liked Gen 4 OU the best, you didn't have to deal with weather and the only faggotry you had to put up with was Stealth rocks. If only there were no stealth rocks...

...And that's why I like Gen 3 the best. Walls were more sturdy because they don't need to worry about half the move types, so they can switch between wall and wall, usually Skarmory and Blissey. Except Banded Dugtrio traps and destroys Blissey, and Magneton traps and destroys Skarmory. Plus no Stallrein, which actually led me to quit competitive for awhile.

Hmm maybe it's bad luck for me... But seriously, from like 2 weeks until today I've been getting mostly teams like that. I once caught lead Ambipom with Fake Out and Last Resort (it's a pain in the ass) like 5 times in a day. And all the Slowbros, Ninjasks... I'm not even kidding.
Lately there's also been a lot of Victini... v create is broken as hell, but that's different from the strategies I told.

Usually I just bring out Hitmontop or Evo Gligar to take the fake out.

Slowbros, Ninjasks? Honestly, I've seen more scarfed Punch Buggies and sleep powder Roserades, a speedier UU equivilant for Breloom but a hell of a lot more annoying to take down. Don't get me started on the Froslass + Cofagrigus + Stealth rocks and toxic spikes setter + Whirlwind Snorlax team.

Maybe I'll try a Gligar out, never tried it. Milotic has been working kinda bad for me as a bulky special attacker.

As someone who regularly plays UU, I focus on stall, and it's effective since there's a decent counter to most things. The only things that are frustrating are HO since Froslass gets its layers up, and Victini takes care of its counters much better, and a Blastoise/Amoonguss/Snorlax combo, usually accompanied by something to stop Heracross.
Anyway, Ambipom really isn't a threat, as most, if not all bulky leads use this chance to set up. Ninjasks can be phazed away (I recommend at least one since it helps fend of Suicunes, Raikous and other setup sweepers as well) and can you elaborate on TR/Guts Flame Orb, since the only good users of TR are Bronzong, Cofagrigus, Slowbro, and Porygon2. And Heracross is the only popular Guts user, which still is outclassed by Moxie

Adding onto what this guy said, Snorlax and Empolean make great phazors as well as special walls, Empoleon for setting up rocks and burning with Scald, as well as having a poison immunity, Snorlax for taking virtually any special attack just fine.

If pseudostall is a problem, then I recommend a taunt/spinner. For example, Mismagius takes care of most of the team. Even scarf Heracross will be enough once Victini's out of the picture.

Gligar is trash, it's bulky but that is it. It can't do anything except either Stealth Rock or Taunt.

Just make sure you have a extremely hard Mienshao counter/general fighting type and elec cockblock. Empolean is great but he attracts Zapdos/Raikou and fighters from miles around like some kind of high class prostitute.

Gligar is an effective Physical wall an stops Heracross, the most used UU Pokemon, so it's useful. I find Nidoqueen a better alternative since it can TSpikes, which cripples a lot of teams faster if there's no Poison type in play, and has phazing capability.

To be honest I hate how those in charge of Smogon's UU run the tier, they're unable to see how badly some things upset the tier like Chandelure, Heracross and Mienshao. It's basically impossible to run anything other than the top 10 or so Pokemon simply because any one of those 3 render 80% of the tier completely useless and they don't even bat an eyelid.

The irony is that the person in actual charge of the UU tier is the only person who even suggested that the tier isn't balanced. and things like Chandelure actually overstep the boundary. The rest of the council just jump on them like they're deluded.
