So /vp/... I've been getting bored with Pokemon, shocking right? I've tried competitive battling, nuzlockes, and such, but none seem to do it for me. Any suggestions?

Take a break from it. Too much of one thing makes anything dull. Normally after a month or two or not playing you'll start to get that urge to play again.

The thing is though. I'm out of games to play/beat. The only thing I have left really is Hat Fort Double, and that's increasingly boring the more I try.

Try out dungeons of dredmor.
it's a pretty fun little roguelike. It's easy compared to most roguelikes, but it's damn fun.
should tide you over for a little while, or might at least give you time to faze back into pokemon.
I know I faze in and out of playing pokemon, but I don't know if the same happens to you.

Well. In case you guys have suggestions for Pokemon related things, here's a list of the games I have available:

I was thinking of replaying or nuzlocking Platinum after trading everything up to W2.

if you're talkin' about games to emulate, Castlevania (symphony of the night, aria of sorrow), chrono trigger, FFtactics, tactics ogre, fire emblem, loads of stuff.
If you have a 3DS, you can pick up that new fire emblem and monster hunter.

Have you tried the Colosseum series on Gamecube? They aren't the same story as the main games and have some likable characters and cool environments. Looj them up if yor interested
