This. It's really not that hard to fathom.

I use Pokegen to make low level Pokemon obtain proper natures and perfect IVs. The leveling and the EV training are done manually, so now I don't have to sit through weeks of nothing but riding my bike, but I also get perfect Pokemon AND get to bond with them.

It's not rocket science, anon.
