I used one in my Platinum Nuzlocke. It destroyed everything. I didn't check its IVs until after it died. It had 28 on Defense and 30 for Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense. He was one hell of a fighter.

I've never seen anyone talking about this guy, good or bad. I ended up with two in a nuzlocke and they survived all the way until I got wiped by Kyogre. They were my best buds that whole run.

I had a Rhyperior on my last SS playthrough, he's such a beast.

OT: This guy representing all the cephalopods in the Pokemon universe. He has a decent movepool, and his stats aren't terribad. Here's hoping for more squid/octopus pokemon in Gen VI.

I liked Rhydon before gen 4, but I actually like Rhyperior as well. I evolved my Rhydon that I got from the Safari Zone in Emerald as soon as I could, and he was my favorite in gen 4.
