A bulky ghost/steel/levitate with access to sub, protect, a recovery move, SR and roar/dragon tail/etc.?
Devastation. Pure devastation. You'd need to bring out a fire type against it, taking 25% from the layer of SR, outspeed it before it roared you away, and even then it'd probably take you 2 hits to KO it. Meanwhile it roars you off and recovers its health, you switch back in again and how your fire mon is at 50% and the cycle repeats itself, since you can't spin away the SR or reliably hit it any other way.
You'd need a fucking BEAST of a fire type to OHKO it or it would rain misery on your whole team.
