Hey /vp/. /x/ is actually totally fucking useless, when it comes to paranormal things, so I'm here to ask a question. You guys tend to be vaguely knowledgeable on things, so here we go.

Why is she sleeping? Is it because her psychic power and too strong and tire her out, or is it because that GIVES her psychic powers?

I'd imagine anybody with an affinity for psychic types or high levels of mental stimulation would follow somewhat similar actions.

A higher amount of REM sleep would just be any normal person sleeping longer, since after the first few hours everyone is just shifting between REM and Stage 4.

I think it's because she's suffering from the aftereffects of her Musharna.

Since the dream mist allows her to live out her wildest fantasies, she's become practically addicted to its effects due to having Musharna as her strongest/most used Pokemon. So now she spends as much time as she can sleeping for the sake of escapism.

Most likely, which kind of sucks. But it does bring an interesting question.

Did she suffer from narcolepsy originally and trained psychic pokemon because of it or did she train psychic pokemon and developed those tendencies after the fact.
