Apparently he was revealed to have cought Weep in the past and having evolved him in the same episode he debuted

I just figured since it bit Meowth's head, it would be possible. Since James's left to be with a mate (IIRC) and Ash finds Butterfree, it isn't too farfetched. I wonder if Jessie's Dustox will be here too.
