>>12053636>SlowThere aren't many Pokemon that become slower upon evolving. Jynx has a base speed of 95. Unless her actual evolution (should there be one) is much fatter, it'll likely have 100+ base speed, which should make it competitive.
>Super uselessShe has a half decent movepool already, and her special attack isn't bad. The only reason Jynx is useless now is because of her paper thin physical defenses and the fact that a lot of fully evolved pokemon outclass her. She really could be competitive with an evolution.
