ITT: we post good ideas and then get sad when people tell you your idea sucks.
My idea: each pokemon gets an "HM" slot, where you're able to learn 1 HM move (that that pokemon can learn of course). If you put your HM in this slot, it cannot be used for battles, only for it's utilities. You can still put HMs in normal move spots and use them in combat. I'm not sure if you should be able to have hms in your move slots and HM slots though. You guys make that decision.
