But it's hard to fucking play. Heracross gets no stab damage moves until he's in the fifties, and he can't learn any damaging fighting moves except rock smash.

No evolution stones until postgame practically (yes I know about the phone calls). So no elemental eeveelutions, starmie or poliwrath.

Also once I got suicune I remember making it the only pokemon I ever used again on crystal like 10 years ago
