Damn about the only type combo as OP as that would be poison/steel 10 resist, 1 immune, and weak to fire and ground.

Imagine giving it levitate.

Steel/dragon would also be pretty deadly with 11 resistances, 1 immunity, and weak to fighting and ground.

Goddamn that is crazy. Ice and Dragon would do normal fucking damage to it.

Instant UU at best.

Perfect accuracy thunder isn't all that great.
Tons of Pokemon can do it since Drizzletoed's rain stays on the field. So if you use it as a lead or something and don't have it negated by sandstorm or something, tons of Pokemon can perfect accuracy (even STAB) Thunder.

Hell Galvantula can nearly perfect accuracy thunder and still stays in RU.
