I'm fine with Raichu as the final evo design wise, I just wish they'd buff the thing's stats as it's one of these things which has been badly left behind by the power creep.

Bring Raichu's offenses up to 100 each, speed should go up to 115 and HP up to 70.

You really don't even need a buff to stats.

Just give it a better ability or a better move or something.

Something as mediocre as Venusaur, Cloyster or Nidoking got shafted as fuck in terms of stats
Then Chlorophyll/Growth, Shell Smash and Sheer Force.

Seriously, none of those Pokemon had a single stat above 100 (except Cloyster's useless base defense)
