So they're pokemon right? I mean, we have other pokemon who exist solely to adapt to new changes in their locations like muk and magnemite. Other pokemon like slowpoke and shellder that merge, and there are several pokemon shown to be able to speak human tongue just fine.

Why not a species of pokemon take on human form and integrate with these "hu-mans" in a way that shapes their society more directly then master and slave.
